develop soft skills or become cracked

In order to land a job in the modern day job market, one must either

• sell themselves really well during the interview i.e. have exceptional articulation, communication and soft skills

• or be exceptional at their own craft i.e. become absolutely cracked and stacked with experience, becoming so good that they can’t ignore you

Unfortunately with my crippling social anxiety and horrendous soft skills, accumulated over years of social isolation, it isn’t going to magically get better overnight. Honing my skills, building projects and working on my startup ideas, just seems a million times more appealing and within reach in the short term.

Time to become cracked.
